Working LIVE 'on air'

I tried doing this today.

Well, not completely. But filming myself whilst working, and externalising my thoughts at the same time. Screen recording and also filming on my phone.

Pretty sure there’s a MUCH better way.

I think perhaps using OBS and streaming live to youtube.
Could be key to make sure that I’m not going into personal message apps, or if I am, …
